Taking care of your health is so important and that is why I have created a list of new habits you can start doing.
EAT breakfast
Wash your bedsheets every 2 weeks
Wash your towels once a week
Brush your teeth twice a day
Sleep between 7-9 hours
Create a healthy hair care routine
Wash your face twice a day & create a skin care routine
Exercise at least 3-5 times per week
Drink more water!
Take some to relax
