Healthy Habits // Challenge

 

Taking care of your health is so important and that is why I have created a list of new habits you can start doing.

  1. EAT breakfast

  2. Wash your bedsheets every 2 weeks

  3. Wash your towels once a week

  4. Brush your teeth twice a day

  5. Sleep between 7-9 hours

  6. Create a healthy hair care routine

  7. Wash your face twice a day & create a skin care routine

  8. Exercise at least 3-5 times per week

  9. Drink more water!

  10. Take some to relax
