Pillar 1: Mindset Framework
We'll reveal the root causes of your self-sabotaging mindset and other behavioural patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals and achieving a balanced lifestyle. We will reframe your thoughts in order to perform efficiently at work and at home with optimal energy. I’ll teach you how to develop a growth mindset to help you overcome your limiting beliefs.
Pillar 2: Establishing Balance
You'll learn techniques on how to accurately schedule, plan, and create the perfect routine that works best for you, your family, and your overall life. You will free yourself from the guilt, overwhelm, and exhaustion! You will discover new techniques on how to properly organize your life to increase productivity.
Pillar 3: Manage Stress & Sleep Cycle
You’ll learn how to reduce stress and create better sleeping patterns through strategies to help you relax, improve your concentration, and develop an abundant mindset.
Pillar 4: Inner Healing
You'll be taught how to release the past, heal your inner child, understand your emotions, find your true purpose, and how to effectively practice forgiveness.
Pillar 5: Communication & Connection
We’ll unveil valuable exercises that allow you to openly communicate and make a deeper connection with your loved ones and with yourself. You will understand how to balance your overall lifestyle with love, gratitude, and appreciation. You will have a Calm Mind with a Full Heart.
Overview
Calm Mind Full Heart is a 90-day program filled with methods, exercises, and education that gives you 1-on-1 support to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle for the rest of your life.
You’ll receive:
One weekly (one hour) 1-on-1 coaching call (12 calls)
Access to daily support via Voxer (text/voice messages)
12 weeks of detailed curriculum training modules with handouts.
