Hi, I'm Jayshree....

Hi! My name is Jayshree (Known as EveryJayLiving) and I founded Calm Mind Full Heart.

I understand what it is like to feel disorganized, unbalanced, stressed, and lack energy - I too was a tired busy woman trying to find time to balance my mental health, physical health, and personal well-being. 

I had no healthy habits, boundaries, or self-care routines. I had a negative mindset, I let people take advantage of my kind heart, and I was not making myself a priority.

It wasn't until I realized living this way was at the cost of my health. I was neglecting to put myself first as my overall wellness is the foundation to a healthy balanced lifestyle, resulting in self-discovery.

I am a mindset & lifestyle coach....

So I thought there had to be a way to stop feeling stressed, tired, and unworthy. I wanted to build healthier relationships (with myself and with others) by learning how to express and understand my emotions. By creating a healthier mindset and balancing my lifestyle; I went through a beautiful transformation!

I believed there was a way to overcome these struggles I was facing and to lead a more positive lifestyle.

Therefore, this is why I put together a program to help women learn how to balance their life to gain the result of self-love, mental strength, and overall good health.

That is how Calm Mind Full Heart was born!

Who I work with..

I have found that my system works best for these types of women:

1. Women who are under constant stress, have no sense of balance between work + personal life, has no down time for themselves, lack self-love, feel drained, and have a self-sabotaging mindset.

2. Women who want to understand their emotions, heal from their past, feel a sense of purpose in life, who struggle with anxiety, who tend to overthink their thoughts, give too much to others, and ultimately want to lead a healthier lifestyle, but do not know where to start.

Pillar 1: Mindset Framework

We'll reveal the root causes of your self-sabotaging mindset and other behavioural patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals and achieving a balanced lifestyle. We will reframe your thoughts in order to perform efficiently at work and at home with optimal energy. I’ll teach you how to develop a growth mindset to help you overcome your limiting beliefs.

Pillar 2: Establishing Balance

You'll learn techniques on how to accurately schedule, plan, and create the perfect routine that works best for you, your family, and your overall life. You will free yourself from the guilt, overwhelm, and exhaustion! You will discover new techniques on how to properly organize your life to increase productivity.

Pillar 3: Manage Stress & Sleep Cycle

You’ll learn how to reduce stress and create better sleeping patterns through strategies to help you relax, improve your concentration, and develop an abundant mindset.

Pillar 4: Inner Healing

​You'll be taught how to release the past, heal your inner child, understand your emotions, find your true purpose, and how to effectively practice forgiveness.

Pillar 5: Communication & Connection

​We’ll unveil valuable exercises that allow you to openly communicate and make a deeper connection with your loved ones and with yourself. You will understand how to balance your overall lifestyle with love, gratitude, and appreciation. You will have a Calm Mind with a Full Heart.

Overview

Calm Mind Full Heart is a 90-day program filled with methods, exercises, and education that gives you 1-on-1 support to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle for the rest of your life.

You’ll receive:

  • One weekly (one hour) 1-on-1 coaching call (12 calls)

  • Access to daily support via Voxer (text/voice messages)

  • 12 weeks of detailed curriculum training modules with handouts.
