1. Drink Tea ~ green tea, with honey, mint & lemon (recipe under food/ highlights) - helps with a chest cough and a sore throat.
2. Put Vicks Vapor Rub or a type of tiger balm onto the bottom of your feet - works best if you put socks on afterwards or applying it before bed.
3. Vitamin C - eat citrus fruits or drink fresh juices that are high in vitamin C - strengthens your immune system
4. Use a Humidifier - will provide moisture
5. Light a eucalyptus candle or run a diffuser using a eucalyptus essential oil.
