Conditioned Behaviour

 

Don’t be defined by your past experiences ⁣


I didn’t realize my automatic reactions, behaviours, and thoughts were stemmed from my past experiences. ⁣

It wasn’t until I learned to create awareness around who I am and why I am the way that I am. ⁣

Whatever parts of myself I didn’t like it or wanted to improve on ~ I was determined to change my automatic behaviour and automatic reactions. ⁣

When I say automatic, it means what behaviour did I naturally fall into when I faced a situation, fear, or experience? ⁣

Every situation you encounter, you automatically reflect to a past situation that has already occurred in your life. You would behave and react how you always use to - because that is what you did to survive. ⁣

When you are in a relationship and worry that they might leave you ~⁣
{Did someone who said they loved you, leave you suddenly?} ⁣

When you feel like you can’t express your feelings and emotions ~⁣
{Did someone make you feel like you had to suppress your emotions?} ⁣

When you care about what people think, allow others to control you or even walk all over you ~ ⁣
{Did you let someone control you? Did you let someone dictate what you should or shouldn’t do? Did you do it just to keep the peace?}⁣

You have to get in touch with that part of you that feels and acts on conditioned behaviour. ⁣

Discover why you are the way you are and work through growing out of those conditions. ⁣

I can relate to you, trust me, but once you work through your past, ask yourself tough questions, nurture your younger self, and take each situation as if it were completely new ~ your world will change. ⁣

Change your behaviour by discovering the real authentic YOU. ⁣
