Going from CHAOS to STRUCTURE
I remember starting my full time job. Working the old 9-5 job & feeling trapped.
I would come home exhausted and would end up falling asleep as soon as I got home. Then when the weekend came around I felt even more mentally drained and I basically use to LIVE for the weekends.
The problem wasn’t that my job was stressful or that it felt like long work days. I just didn’t know how to take care of myself!
3 ways I learned how to conquer this problem:
✅ Manage my stress better by learning the proper techniques and methodologies.
✅ Creating a self-care routine personalized to me.
✅ Creating a proper schedule to increase my performance at work and at home. Therefore increasing my energy levels and awareness.
