3 Ways to Conquer Stress:
Recharge: find a way to set some time aside just for yourself. To show up better for your significant other, your kids, family or friends, you need to recharge your energy. Put your phone down, find a relaxing hobby to do and calm your mind. Take a relaxing walk or just sit in a quiet place just to breathe.
Express: Write out your stressful thoughts. Everything you are worrying about and dwelling on, write it out. It helps to put your worries on paper to see how you can best tackle the situation.
Schedule: You are constantly on the move, going from task to task, but you need to create some balance. Instead of multitasking and juggling everything, create a day to day schedule or plan out your day in the morning and include a break for yourself!
