Want to become a Morning Person?

 

How to become a morning person & why? 
1. Work out in the morning
2. Wake up at the same time everyday
3. Get 7-9 hours of sleep the night before 
4. Turn off the tv and put your phone away at least 30 minutes before going to sleep 
5. Drink a big glass of water in the morning 
6. Eat a a healthy breakfast to start your day right! 
People tend to be more persistent and more productive when they wake up earlier in the morning. They show lower levels of anxiety, depression, and frustration.
