Who are you and what do you do?

I am a spiritually minded person based in Southern California who loves being outside and connecting with people. I work for a boutique consulting company, previously financial planning and now I connect people with consulting projects.

What was your life like prior to working with me?

It was good, but a bit stagnant and I felt something was missing. I struggled with my self-worth and confidence in saying no and setting boundaries. Do it! Be fully invested in the exercises and reach out to Jay as needed as this is the biggest investment in your life (yourself). How is your life different now? 

My life is different now as my mindset has changed. I am more confident in myself, my abilities, my decisions and I know my worth. I now choose to live in the present and enjoy the current moment instead of constantly worrying about the future or overthinking about my past. I put more focus on the things that I can control vs. the things that are out of my control. What were you struggling with before working with me?

Prior to working with you I struggled with my confidence, anxiety and ability to set healthy boundaries without feeling guilty. I was constantly overthinking and worrying about every little thing I did. I would look for external validation or for others to make decisions for me and more often than not I would put more focus on what others thought of me and their feelings vs. what I wanted for me and my feelings. I would also focus more on everything that could go wrong and why I should not do something instead of everything great that can happen and trying. I lived in my comfort zone.

Why did you choose to invest with me? 

I invested in you as I felt stuck and as though my life had plateaued. I wasn’t happy and I needed to find a way out. I came across your Tik Tok and Instagram and found your content very informative and helpful. I read some of the testimonies and more information on the program and felt it would be a good fit. I am very happy I chose to invest with you and participate in the program! It has helped me become an even better version of myself.

What would you say to someone who wants to invest with me but is scared to? 

I would say DO IT! I know first hand how difficult it can be to take that first step and reach out for help but it is 100% worth it and you have nothing to lose. At the end of the day, you are the one that is going to have to live with yourself and your decisions. My life is different now by how drastically my mindset has changed learning to make it easier for me to forgive others who have hurt me. For the longest I could remember I was depressed, last year experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, was always emotionally drained, and being a people pleaser. Felt like I wasn’t good enough to care about my health - mentally & physically. I was in ache for so long.

I am giving a testimonial on my amazing journey that I spent 12 weeks doing the program with EveryJayLiving, Calm Mind Full Heart. I have to tell you that if you're taking a moment to listen to this testimonial it's because you were intrigued by her amazing spirit, her smile and the energy that she puts out and how she is just an amazing person. That's what attracted me to reaching out to her. There are so many other coaches and empowering people out there but with Jay this was different you know the program is 12 weeks and you will work your mind, body and soul. I'm a mom of three and a wife and I run my real estate business so you can say I'm pretty busy. I started thinking about ways that I wanted to know how not to feel like I was running around like a chicken without a head. I wanted to get my life under control with better systems like time management. I longed for change and I wanted to connect better with myself. I knew that Jay was going to be exactly what I needed and her program would be what I needed so I can be my best self for my husband and my children. 

I worked with Jay for the 12 weeks and it was truly amazing each week. The module would come out and we would have our weekly coaching calls. She was amazing because she listened, she asked questions, she engaged, she made me really think and journal to dive deep into what was causing me to have difficulties in different relationships. 

I'm feeling empowered with myself and I would receive weekly notes from her. I would feel so pumped and excited and then when the next module came out it was like exactly what I needed, it aligned, and part of my journey I would say to her every week like “oh my God this module was so what I needed this week.” 

The way she had it planned out in the worksheets and handouts in everything that she put into me was just amazing. I was so happy that I actually took the time to invest in myself and I was so happy to have met Jay and to be able to push myself in a positive way. There was never a moment that she made me feel like I couldn't do this or I wasn't doing it right. 

She would praise and give me positive feedback. Jay just always made me feel each week that I can do it and now that I'm out and completed the program. I live my life the way that her program is. I actually started doing it again as of the New Year (2021) because things change like habits and you know relationships come in relationships go out of our lives so the tools that I received within the 12-week program really helped me to self continue to grow and to push my limits to continue to push myself out of my comfort zone, to set boundaries, and to speak up for myself - without having to do it in a negative way. I am able to speak up in a loving and kind way and deal with different relationships that were hard for me emotionally. 

It has been a tremendous journey, tremendous transformation, and for me personally I have to say you know it also takes work. Choosing to do this program, you have an amazing coach, an amazing person by your side to give you the tools to help you be your best self, but you got to do the work. You have to be honest with yourself, you have to hold yourself accountable because no matter what program you do, no matter what coach you encounter - if you are not ready to do the work then you're not going to get out of it what you're looking for.

So when you connect with Jay and you have that one on one - you're going to feel excited because it's an investment in yourself. Let me tell you I was thinking like how am I going to be able to get this in my budget and you know what I said this is for me, this is the best thing I could do funny have it the Universe put us together in that a couple of weeks later I actually got a cheque for more than what her program was. I was able to pay for the whole program but even though I was able to do it before, because I knew everything was provided, I know I was divinely guided to be with her and be in this program. 

If you are looking at her testimonials and you had your one-on-one, you need to take that leap of faith because it's going to work out. It's going to happen and you are divinely guided and brought to Jay for a reason. If you feel that connection the way that I did in her positivity and the way that she cares to help women if I ever struggled with something she would email me my notes and give me extra stuff just to to help me get through it and help me with my kids and help me ways to be more empathetic.

What is your biggest takeaway with the Calm Mind Full Heart Program thus far? 

My biggest takeaway from the program thus far is that mindset and making slight changes in the way you look and think about things, can have a huge positive impact on your day to day life. Also the importance of self care and taking the time to rest when you need it.

What have you achieved thus far? 

I have become more aware of my thoughts and feelings and have been able to ground myself and prevent a downward spiral. I have become better at putting myself first, taking time to rest, self-care and most importantly creating healthy boundaries to prevent burnout.

How is the Calm Mind Full Heart program unique compared to the information that is freely available?

While the information that is freely available is very helpful, it can sometimes be overwhelming to follow as there is so much out there. The program is more structured and each week focuses on a different aspect that is helpful in creating a more peaceful and calm life. The information is also presented in a way that it is easy to learn and put into practice and build upon in the weeks that follow. The weekly coaching calls are also great to discuss things that have happened that week that you may be struggling with, answering any questions you have and allowing you to see the progress you are making (even if it is minimal).

What is a new habit or skill that you now possess that you did not have before? 

A new habit/skill that I now possess that I didn't have before is writing my thoughts and worries in a "worry journal" before bed. It has allowed me to acknowledge and release the worry and negative thoughts without laying awake for hours overthinking. Being more aware of my thoughts and being able to use the different grounding techniques to prevent a downward spiral.

What have you learned thus far? 

I have learned that making slight changes in the way you look at different situations and thoughts that arise can make a big difference. Taking the time to rest and practice self-care is just as productive and as important (if not more) as working or doing chores. Journaling is a great way to release and let go of the thoughts and feelings that you bottle up inside. And creating boundaries whether it be at work or in your personal life, is also very important in preventing burnout.

My biggest takeaway has been my mindset. For years I believed in absolutes and feeling shaped by my past. I now accept the past fully ,I accept what it was and nothing more I don’t wish to change it but to embrace it for what it is. I have started to find elation in anything I do any small moments. I now look forward to new challenges and be okay with them. Learning to let go and being honest with myself.

So far I have noticed a enormous change in new habits I created. Learning the difference between just thoughts and intuition. Enjoy spending time with family , friend and alone time. Doing more things that excite me.

CMFH is unique because makes me you reflect who you are and what you need . The modules are amazing knowledges your needs and informative , learn new things in each module. I read now ,journal , invested in self care, eating clean . Calm my inner critic .Surrounding myself with positive people .Recognizing my negative thoughts and replacing them.

What have you learned thus far? 

I have learned this far that never forget how far you’ve come everything you have gotten through all the times you have pushed on even when you felt you couldn’t. Letting go is the key to fulfillment. Knowing it’s okay to do things alone , setting boundaries, learned to say “no”and feel empowered. Learned to put myself first.

My biggest take away has been my mindset. Previously I would have shyed away from change or panicked when things didn't go as planned. I now embrace each day as a challenge that I am capable of achieving. I look forward to getting up and embracing myself, accepting my vulnerabilities and seeing what new things I can accomplish. I know that whatever happens, I am capable. I have started to find joy in small moments and find clarity amidst chaos.

What have you achieved thus far? 

So far, I have noticed a massive change in my daily routine. I wake up without an alarm, I crave movement (running or yoga), and feel rested and aware. I have more gratitude and more time. Im able to balance full time school, a full time and part time job, a balance of spending socially distanced time with friends and family as well as alone time.

How is the Calm Mind Full Heart program unique compared to the information that is freely available?

There is tons of information at our exposure, but CMFH is designed to make you reflect who you are at your core and what you need. The step by step modules allow you to acknowledge your hopes, and needs with constant support and encouragement. Bettering yourself can be daunting but CMFH takes an approach of positivity and growth that makes the process enjoyable, grounded and informative.

What is a new habit or skill that you now possess that you did not have before? 

I run 3 days a week regularly, and not as a chore. I genuinely wake up, crave movement and run. Without music-who am I?! I embrace the sounds around me and find it the perfect way to start my day.
