How to Stay Fit All Winter Long

6 ways to keep that Summer body all Winter Long! 
1. Translate summer habits into winter ones. For example, if you snacked on fresh fruit during the summer, try purely organic dried fruit with no added sugar. 
2. Can’t drag yourself to the gym? Try doing a few youtube video workouts (or a combination of my fitness videos of course ;) Another great option is to purchase workout DVDs that you can do at home. I recommend Les Mills Combat (if you are into boxing workouts or P90X30 for strength/endurance training) 
3. Drink water before every meal or snack. Sometimes people confuse thirst for hunger. 
4. Be motivated by your health and body transformation, not the number on the scale. Sometimes it is more accurate to take measurements of yourself to see any improvement rather than weighing yourself everyday. 
5. Get motivated with a friend or family member to keep each other on track. Creating a healthier lifestyle for yourself is much more enjoyable when you have someone to do it with and share recipes/ workout tips! 
6. Change up your workouts! Do not keep repeating the same exercises everyday. Make sure you do a combination of cardio, strength training, endurance, and yoga. That way, your body doesn’t become use to just one form of exercise.
