Ginger Turmeric Green Tea Recipe (Immune Boosting)
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp diced fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ginger powder)
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• A dash of black pepper
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/4 tsp mint powder (or a few fresh mint leaves)
• 1 tsp green tea leaves
Instructions:
1. Place the ginger (or ginger powder), turmeric powder, black pepper, mint powder (or fresh mint leaves), and green tea leaves into a tea diffuser.
2. Boil 2 cups of water and pour it over the tea infuser.
3. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes.
4. Remove the tea infuser and stir in the honey until fully dissolved.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
