Almond Pancakes
Easy Protein-Packed Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
4 tablespoons water
2 eggs
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon oil (for greasing the pan)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, and salt until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan, forming pancakes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
