Almond Pancakes

Easy Protein-Packed Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 4 tablespoons water

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon oil (for greasing the pan)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, and salt until smooth.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.

  3. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan, forming pancakes.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
