Roasted Chickpeas
Roasted Chickpeas - high Protein healthy snack
1 can of 540ml of chick peas drained and rinsed (remove any chick pea shells) pat them dry or leave them out to dry
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp sumac (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and then spread out on a parchment lined tray. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Let cool completely and enjoy as a protein snack or as a topping on salad, etc.
